I've been in a BPO industry for more that 8 years, I've handled both inbound and outbound calls.As a technical support, I am responsible for giving appropriate solutions to whatever the customer's issue is about the product and make them feel that consumer support is one of the reasons why they would want to stick to the product brand. I love to be a team player as well, I can go the extra mile and do works beyond what I signed for just to give customers a great customer service experience.
