My name is Nadine Palencia but you can call me Nads.
I am 24 years old and I have worked as a General virtual assistant for 3 years.
My first job without any experiences was a Virtual Assistant at a Real Estate Company. We had a month of training and a test to show we understood the terminologies used the administrators, and I passed with flying colors. However, the real estate industry was dynamic, and even with our weekly knowledge update sessions, I would come across questions I did not understand during actual work. I decided to leave my comfort zone and change that by taking coding courses online as I continued working at the company. I would use all my breaks to do sample activities which was exhausting but very helpful. My performance as an administrator started to get better, and after a month into my course, I was awarded employee of the month for offering the best service to our tenants.
I think starting my career in your company would provide a great opportunity for me with a positive working culture and environment well-known among my seniors, I believe I'll have the chance to enhance my skills for both personal and professional growth.
This company is well-reputed and fast-growing which will help me to gain more practical experience.
Also, I'm excited about the opportunity to work with a good brand and a skilled group of people.
I'm sure that my experience and skills will make me a valuable asset to your company, and I can't wait to contribute to your continued success.
In my most recent role as a general virtual assistant in a real estate company, I was in charged of all the administrative tasks including multiple email management, responding to customer concerns, and preparing documents. So I have direct experience in working a general virtual assistant in a growing company, and I’m confident that this prior experience will help me to step into this new position and be successful.
