I've been working with BPO industry for more than 6 years. One year for Healthcare Account and more than five years for Collections/Financial Account. I can say that working as Customer Service Associate honed my skills in dealing with customer's concerns. It really needs of an open mind so we can do the job well. We also need to be open for feedbacks to grow.
Being one of the front lines is challenging yet it helped us to become confident in handling all kinds of queries, from simple to complex. Having said that, we have to make sure that we provided fair outcomes and excellent services with our customers.
Multi-tasking is also highly recommended with the job we are doing to make sure that we're able to cater everything in a timely manner.
