This application has six stages. The first stage requester is to provide the vendor details using InfoPath form. The Second stage is workflow process started and request form goes to the validation part then the validators validate the request. The third stage is main approval process, if the requester not required this process then provides the comment in the form and skip this stage based on the user input. The fourth stage is payment terms approval process, this stage is optional. If the requester is use the existing payment terms in vendor detail this stage skipped otherwise it will go to payment terms approval process. The fifth stage is SAP input activity, before send the vendor details to SAP cross check all the details and get the approval. The sixth stage is SAP Input completed, once vendor details are entered to the SAP then the process is completed and send notification to Requester.
