What is great design? This is the question that every organization is answering today. I thought the design is just UI. Now, it is UI, UX, User Research, Copy. It is an all-inclusive process.

Some of the skills that are important in my workflow are user research, interaction design, UX copywriting and understanding the psychology of users and client's business goals. I had the opportunity to work on these skills as a full-time designer for about 3 years in India before my Masters' abroad. Here in Paris and Stockholm, I got to work on several student projects, my current thesis work and extensive book reading on topics of psychology and design.

I have had the pleasure of meeting various entrepreneurs in Stockholm through KTH's own incubator and events in the city. I read a book called "Reengineering Retail" a few months back which stresses on the advent of "Experience Economies" and where companies are brands that people want to experience. It is already evident with brands like IKEA.
