· Around 5.6 years of Intensive IT experience in Business Intelligence reporting using Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, Qualtrics, Microsoft O365 Forms & Reports, WebTrends in Banking, Finance.
· Development of Power BI, Tableau data visualization Reports KPI’s & Charts using DAX.
· Performing Power BI, Tableau Admin activities (includes site creation/Upgrades/patches).
· Development of Qualtrics Survey reports for Risk Management & Internal Audit reports.
· Delivery of Qualtrics XM reports/Dashboards for users by scheduling like Daily, weekly, monthly.
· Development of O365 Forms & Reports with MS Excel spreadsheets for internal users.
· Development of ServiceNow ITBM reports, Dashboards, Metrics with Performance Analytics for incidents, Tasks, change request, Service Catalog and also for Audit reports.
· Working on Service-Now ITSM like tickets, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, for requirement of Scheduling/Delivery management of dashboards & reports with process of CMDB.
· Maintaining of ServiceNow ITIL performance analytics Asset Management and SLA reports.
· Performing of Ad-hoc reporting for clients for one time business requirement.
· Providing directory access for Users from LDAP/Azure for different environments Prod, QA.
· Deployment of reports in production with new releases and enhancements.
· Configure and maintain Power BI Report Server and Tableau Server by using TSM activities.
· Monitor server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues.
· Performance tuning / Server management of server environment (clustering, Load balance)
· Create/Manage Users, Groups, Workbooks & Projects, Database Views, Data Sources & connections
· Manage and support (dimensions, measures, hierarchies, reports, workbooks, dashboards), from development to production environments
