Currently, I am an external affairs officer and I serve as a liaison between external and internal clients. Formerly, I am a customer care representative in an international logistics company and was recognized as a growth enabler of the company for having the second most number of accounts created in 2018. Also, I have experience in the business-to-business marketing and advertising industry for 6 months co-handling 13 events and activation projects, consecutively.

My strength lies in doing one task at a time. Punctual and empathic. I am an introverted and diligent worker. I am passionate about learning and upskilling.

Right now, I am undergoing Social Media Marketing and Advertising training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology where we are being trained to create business branding, conduct market research, provide efficient client service, strategize business plans, and analyze business results.
