I'm a Support who was trained to do almost everything when I was working as a Customer Care Expert in a well-known telecom company in the US. Receiving inbound calls and using six tools like a pro, I've done everything from resolving customer issues to processing orders, and even doing data entry with a perfectionist's eye while ensuring that customers will have exceptional experience not only with me but along with the company. It's been a wild ride, but it taught me to master the art of multitasking and know the importance of getting things right from the first time. 

Turns out that dedication paid off big time as I received the highest incentives and became the TOP CUSTOMER CARE EXPERT FOR 5 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS on the whole site. Recognized as the top agent on the team by always receiving an average of 69%-87% good feedback from the customers and increasing sales of the team by 50% monthly. 

From there, due to certain reason, we had to relocate and that's when I dove into the world of virtual assistance where I got my first experience as a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter in a logistics field. It was a temporary gig, but I drove myself into every call making sure to pinpoint potential customers.
