 Hello! My name is Nebai and I am currently based in Bogotá, Colombia. I am a professional financier and lately, I have worked in Marketing being a traditional Media Buyer for a multinational covering US national and local markets. My most recent experience required great negotiation skills and analytical thinking to provide efficient budget allocation for my clients, understanding their needs and expected results. I have also worked as a financial advisor for individuals where I had to listen to their life projects or improvement opportunities and create saving or investment plans individually to help to fulfill their financial stability and independence. My most notorious skills are:

• Executive/Personal Assistant: During my previous jobs I had to schedule meetings, answer calls, and manage my personal calendar and my teams. Organize my email and categorize the inbox. I have developed tracking to follow up with clients and automatize our communication. 
• Project Management: I have been actively involved in team management leading a group of people to achieve goals through motivation. I have set deadlines and do the proper stewardship to comply with the deadlines. I have evaluated several projects and optimized them finding improvement opportunities and taking into account the team's ideas and suggestions.
• General Admin Tasks: I can be a great asset in this aspect as I am great at collecting data and reporting, also presenting to diverse groups of clients or vendors with excellent Power Points decks. I am characterized by my organizational skills, especially regarding email information and booking. 
• People and Relationship, as a D/I (DISC Personality Type) my crucial factor is being the motivator of the group. I love to work with people to achieve a goal together, clearly understanding each other's strengths to perform in a harmonic and supportive way. I practice active listening to my clients and feedback is my constant gift, I am very proactive in asking for advice and perception to consider the level of satisfaction of my team and clients.
