Support onshore partners on projects which involve working across financial leadership and coordinating with multiple business partners. Responsible of preparing the consolidated dashboard at the end of every month for Management Reporting purpose and maintain MBR (Management Business Report). Analyse and validate the documentation received from the members or provided by the onshore as per the guidelines. Decision making for the underwriting requirement and uploaded it in the tools. Process Trainer Giving training to the new joiners and peer assistance to team members for their daily routine work. Annual Review: Received the data of multiple members from the onshore. Validate and analyse the data whether information provided by onshore is sufficient or not. Prepare the member’s reconciliation and data integrity sheet along with the data worksheet. Prepare Review worksheet to calculate the restricted and unrestricted amount of the members with the help of member’s salary and other components (like overseas member, LWOP, Minimum age, Maximum benefit, maternity leave and AAL/FUL amount). Calculate the premium of the member’s with different statistics. Prepare decision sheet for the member’s to analyse member’s eligibility to initiate the underwriting and proceed with claim procedure. Prepare create premium Invoice for member. Calculating Health benefits and compensation for group to client.
