I have more than 10 years of experience working in Sales and Customer Service fields for both American and Australian companies. I have handled several roles such as Telemarketer, Inbound Sales Specialist, Customer Service Specialist, Quality Auditor, Subject Matter Expert and People Manager. These roles enabled me to acquire skills as simple as data entry and as complex as operations management which includes data analytics, reports creation and managing projects.
