My name is Nica Alyssa Mercado Frias I am a college student in St. Vincent de Ferrer College in Caloocan City in Philippines, I have been experienced transcribing one month ago in TELEX company as transcriber but a fortunately got stopped for some reason, so I'm looking for other company who are hiring. I am a fast learner who embodies the skills of being a strategic thinker and a good listener and applies them to learning quickly. A strategic thinker that can come up with several solutions to solve my problem and will analyze them quickly to determine the best course of action. Also I am a hard working person who diligent in laboring and that puts effort into doing and completing tasks. I have a high level of maturity and sense of responsibility who have an ability to respond to the environment being aware of the correct time and location to behave and knowing when to act. And also I have a sound time management skills who can manage my time well. and also I am a highly resourceful person, a person who with expertise in a certain area who may be called upon as necessary to perform a task or provide information. I am a objective and reliable who not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts. Lastly I have an ability to work in a team driven environment, I believe that I have a lot to contribute to a team environment, I love to help resolve group issues through research and communication. For example, during planning for a major event, our team struggled to decide how to set up the room. Rather than getting into an argument about personal preferences, I did some research using event planning industry trade publications to find information on the best room set up for customer experience for our type of event. By sharing the research and the rationale, my coworkers and I agreed this was the best approach and we had a great event. Customer satisfaction was up several percentage points over the previous year's event.
