I strongly BELIEVE in SELF MOTIVATION and I value, SELF CONFIDENCE. I have done my graduation in commerce from OU and PG from IGNOU. I have an experience of 8 years in institutional sales, customer care and PR with organizations like DSS Mobile Communications (MOBILINK), Advanced Technology Labs.Pvt. Ltd, SQL Star Intl and Integral PR. I had also run a preschool of my own “TINY TOTS” for 2 academic years with 50 kids and 4 teachers. I like connecting with people and help them overcome their flaws and fears. My forte lies in Training, Coaching, Counseling, Mentoring etc. I always wanted to do something which will make a mark of positive change in someone’s life. This is when I came across IMAGE Consulting Business Institute(ICBI), where I have been trained on how to transform people physically and emotionally, making them more confident, strong and dynamic. A positive change in a person’s behavior or life as a result of my trainings or coaching to him/her matters a lot to me and MOTIVATES me. Ultimately this is what my VISION is, to bring a positive change in people’s behavior, perception and personality which will gradually and eventually bring a positive and a good change in their lives as well as the society and make the world a beautiful place to live. I have successfully completed an intense training program, “Train The Trainer” and got certified from ICBI with accreditation from NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training) and SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) In Dec'2015. I am very passionate about Dance. Dance of any form attracts me. I am a Kuchipudi dance performer and trainer with some performances to my credit. My hobbies, I love music. I am also a member of Aerock fitness center at Kompally. Trainings: Signed up with Naandi Foundation, Hyderabad for their project Mahindra Pride School, as a freelance facilitator to mentor rural students. Signed up with HCL Info systems, Hyderabad as external trainer since Dec’ 16 for training their executive level employees on Communication skills and Work Etiquette. Signed up with HELPISM, a US based training Org. as a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer, since Sept’16 delivering online trainings to their students on Interview Skills. Providing Consultancy services to SGF (Sun Glazing & Fabrication), Hyderabad, a renowned name in façade and construction field on Organizational and Employee Behavior & Performance Enhancement. Conducted a 2-hour session for 30 BBA First year students of Hyderabad School Of Business, Road no:10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on Body Language & Self Presentation. - July’16 Conducted a 3-day training on “Basic Communication and Spoken English” for 15 telugu medium girls of a Missionary associated with Miyapur St. Ann’s School. - June’16 Conducted a Half a day workshop on Dress Your Body Shape for 10 housewives at a community in Kompally. - April’16 Delivered an hour’s session on Tips on Time and Stress Management at Monsanto Seeds, Shameerpet to 40 employees. - March’16 Conducted a 2hour workshop at HITACHI Consulting, Gachibowli on Body Language for 80 woman employees. - Dec’15 D.NIHARIKA.
