I worked in a call center as a Service desk analyst for over a year. After a year, I was given the job role of a Quality analyst. I review calls and emails between the agent and the customer. I also had to transcribe calls whenever there are disputes whenever there's a need to have an incident investigated.
Aside from my experiences with the BPO industry, I also am a registered seafarer, a Marine engineer. My experiences as a Marine professional thought me to interact with people from different walks of life. It has empowered me to be a driven individual and most importantly, It taught me to pursue excellence coupled with integrity.
