Nin Mark Juanite

My name is Nin Mark, I am 27 years of age and currently living here in Davao City, Philippines. I am an undergraduate of Forestry. I am currently working at home and seeking a part-time job. I am also working in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative and as a Virtual Assistant. I have 3 years of experience with these positions.

What I am doing is that I am helping clients do their assigned job like admin tasks, appointment setting, and cold calling and I managed to finish them in a time-efficient manner or before the deadline or the scheduled time or date that it should be finished. I also know how to use excel and Microsoft word. I am not really an expert tech-savvy but I can learn very fast. The way I communicate with my client is through skype and google hangout, in that way we can be updated with each other.

I also experience outbound calls like selling items to the customer and educating them about the product to avoid further issues and problems. Previously, like 5 years ago I am a salesman for almost 3 years as well in a mall so I also experienced selling products to people in person. I have encountered many customer issues like pricing and product confusion but I managed to overcome them and learned a lot about how to educate customers properly to help and satisfy them and make them never come back to us with the same problem or concerns.

So right now with my current job as a virtual assistant, I am a job recruiter in a DSP or Amazon's Delivery Partner. what I'm doing is I am calling the candidates or applicants who are interested and helps them with their onboarding process. I'm a hardworking guy and organized. Now if you hire me, I will make sure that I will do the job or task properly because I can work under any management style without supervision. As long there will be proper training for the task that I am not familiar with I am pretty sure that I can handle it in no time.
