Hire me! I have extensive experience in business process outsourcing. I am currently a talent and marketing manager for one of the leading BPOs here in the Philippines. I oversee handling a team consisting of social media specialists, marketing specialists, graphic designers, and marketing researchers. I also serve as a backup to almost everyone on my team as I do their task when one of them is on leave. I manage one of the company's Facebook pages marketing our jobs and the company. This also would include managing a Facebook group wherein most are job seekers. Handling their questions and their concerns. I have experience in chat, email, and voice support. I have a vast experience in technical support, customer service, and sales. I have experience in various tools including Zendesk which is typically the email system most companies use. With experience in the job, I can handle 7-10 emails in an hour depending on the complexity of the inquiry. I was also a lead sales coach for one of the lines of business Microsoft in one of the largest and leading BPOs here in the Philippines. I was handling 2 other sales coaches and the line of business has more than a hundred agents. Part of our key performance indicator is to have a conversion rate which I was able to meet during my tenure as the lead sales coach month on month. My tasks would involve coaching one on one and as a team, facilitating focus group discussions, generating reports month on month for the client, callbacks for possible sales, processing refunds, making follow-ups for possible sales, etc. I work with the utmost integrity as I could say that it is the virtue that I value the most.
