Currently working as a Paralegal Virtual Assistant since March 2018. I draft and respond complaints/summons/discovery/initial disclosure and other litigation documents. I coordinate with the paralegals on status of cases, and file documents through the court filing system. I also have experience requesting for medical records and bills, calling police departments to follow up/monitor police reports and do other ad hoc tasks.
Prior to doing remote work, I had over 10 years of experience in Service Desk Management in a BPO office setting, with a top 5 financial firm as my latest account. I was the point of escalation for their SAN and NAS drives storage issues, and lead a team of analysts whose key function is focused on Incident Management and VIP's.
