I have more than 7 years of solid experience doing customer service and administrative functions in different industries including Business Processing Outsourcing and Logistics.

As a call center representative for a Medical Insurance in United States for a year, I was tasked to answer incoming calls from customers, provide them with product and service information, manage and resolve complaints, identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resource, follow up customer calls where necessary and document all call information.

I also have years of experience as a procurement specialist in a supply chain department. There I oversee and manage every aspect of the purchasing of products both for trade and non-trade purposes. It includes managing of inventory where I have to identify supplies that are running low and place orders to vendors in order to replenish the materials needed. With this, I have to negotiate with vendors work with them to find the lowest possible prices not compromising the quality.

Working in these environments, I was able to use my multi-tasking skills with priority tasks in mind to be able to meet schedules and deadlines. Over the years, I gained proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email Management and Internet Research as these are the applications I use in completing my daily tasks. I have a great attention to details as data accuracy is a must in my list. These industries also taught me to be patient and helped me understand addressing and delivering clients' needs.

Being a driven and goal-oriented person, I invest in learning and developing to give the best value to my clients. I was able to finish the course in Virtual Assistant boot camp last May 11, 2017. This is to enhance my skills in data entry, transcription, email management, schedule management, office applications, social media management, website updates, and internet research.
