Nuno Vinagre

With a degree in Human Resources Management from ISCTE and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Intelligence from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, I developed my Career in the various areas of Human Resources at Deloitte and Critical Software and played several roles, from HR Business Partner to Human Resources Director. Highlighting some of the areas where I'm experienced:

Board Advisory: Support to Boards and Administrations in annual People, Process and Business Management strategies;

Design, coordination and monitoring of Selection and Recruitment Processes (created the team that doubled the company - Critical Software - in less than 12 months and created another one from scratch - Critical TechWorks - and consistently reaches 2-digit weeks - over 1.000 IT profiles hired);

Implementation of the new Employer Brand strategy in Social Networks, Forums, etc.;

Design of Career Management, Mentoring and Performance Appraisal Models;

Review, creation and coordination of Training Plans and their Development;

Employee Management - Revision of salary policy, Introduction of new contractual management policy; Creation of outgoing process using exit interviews;

Implementation of Campaign Calendars within Internal Communication;

Organizational Climate: Creation, implementation and analysis of studies to regularly assess employee satisfaction.
