I worked in the Contact Center industry for over 10 years as a Manager for companies such as SharkNinja, AT&T, Cable and Wireless (CWC), and Freedom Mobile. I joined Upwork with a focus on Customer Service Management, Sales Management, and Operations Development while also expanding my expertise to virtual assistance as I have always been interested in helping others optimize and manage their day-to-day deliverables.

During my tenure in Management, I've designed SOPs for the company's RE Management, leadership Successorship, and coaching modules for future leaders and helped level up new recruits into budding Managers.

My goal is to help build macros, SOPs, and internal processes, thus addressing operational inefficiencies and inconsistency, and improving customer experience, CSAT scores, overall Quality, and NPS ratings.

My genuine interest in building world-class support teams and maintaining a high level of standards has led me to become successful in my role as a Manager mainly in customer experience and satisfaction.
