I'm currently working as a Fraud analyst for a US base payment platform(PayPal) and I've been with this company for 2.5 years now. Started as a customer service rep, mostly handling tech and login issues, promoted as Dispute analyst after 1 year and now promoted as Fraud analyst handling merchant's account that specializes on verifying merchant's identities to avoid disputes. Before joining PayPal, I've been been with AT&T for 3.5 years as a customer service rep, supervisor and QA.
