I have worked for ZARA as a cashier and fashion advisor in 2014. In 2015 I worked for Cotton On group at their factory store as a sales consultant. I am currently working for a music collecting society as a customer service call center consultant and administrator.

On a day to day, I resolve royalty payments queries for members, process new membership applications, update member details, resolve song registration queries to mention a few.
