▪ Creating transaction documents - transaction summary, investor's teaser and presentation, pitch books, timelines, scheme documents, information memorandums, prospectuses, pricing supplement and indicative term sheets
▪ Prepare and responsing to expression of interests ("EOI")
▪ Review of transaction documents prepared by other professional parties to the transaction to ensure all documents are line with our ultimate objectives.
▪ Prepared bid documents (commercial and financial) on behalf of bidders for acquisitions.
▪ Conduct due diligence meetings on mergers & acquisitions, divestment and internal/external restructuring
