I am a strong proponent of the fact that customer satisfaction is a key driver of company success. This drive led me to successfully complete courses on Marketing, Digital Strategy, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

In my journey, I have successfully managed a large digital transformation effort in one of my previous roles, because it provided a more seamless experience for customers. I have also been involved in relationship management with High Net Worth individuals, investigating and evaluating customer complaints and feedback, as well as customer behavior studies to better understand customer needs.
