Olga Sergeeva

As Project Manager, I manage multiple phases of the project lifecycle. I have in-depth understanding of all aspects of project operation from pre-feasibility to in-delivery turnarounds as well as an ability to resolve complex problems while retaining a strategic viewpoint of business priorities to accelerate returns. My experience in investment case development, financial and business planning along with stakeholder engagement allow me to effectively govern delivery and bridge the gaps between the business vision and execution.

Early in my career, after graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering (2001), I began working in leadership roles in a variety of industries: Banking, Telecom and Medical Equipment. Business efficiency and high-performance focus helped me to receive a recognition for strong business results as a Citibank Branch Manager "The best branch yield of the year", culminating in co-owning a business for 6 years before moving to Australia in 2015. 

While I have always been focused on business efficiency, I became passionate about the environment and completed a Master’s in Environmental Management at Flinders and Circular Economy: Transition for Future Sustainability at MIT. 

What excites me most is the combination of business efficiency, project management, leadership and innovation.
