I am a 7 year experienced customer service associate with money handling and telephone etiquette skills. I first began working in customer service at a local BBQ restaurant. My services included taking orders, accepting payments, preparing food and serving our customers. This job also taught me how to work quickly and efficiently. I then continued my customer service career at Lowe’s Home Improvement where I was a front end associate and also a backup head cashier. My duties there included: telephone handling, using a cash register to complete transactions, cleaning up the front end and overseeing about 12 other cashiers. The days that I worked as a head cashier I would complete the schedule for the day and determine what times were best for each cashier to take their lunch and break. I also either put the money out in each drawer or took it up at closing, depending on which shift I worked. This also meant that I was a trusted key holder. I currently am working as a Loan Processor and as an assistant to my boss who is the Vice President, Loan Officer and Branch Manager of our local bank, First State Bank. My daily tasks consist of answering telephone calls, taking messages and preparing loan documents. I also pull credit reports and assist is making sure all documents are received for a loan inquiry. I am a very hard worker and also a very reliable and responsible employee.
