Professional Experience 

 Led a team of 8, in developing a digital Clarks File Management system (FMS) that will enable clients to store documents for easy access to their records, during financial statements for relevant bodies. Accountable for executing the Agile/scrum methodology by providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to project teams implementing several digital transformation projects. 

Oversaw end-to-end daily activities of projects within the visa-on-arrival (VOA) program. Managed cross-functional teams and led the planning, performance monitoring, resource management, and stakeholder engagement activities. A public and private partnership ($2.5b forecast 2024).

Lead and supervised a diverse networking and technical team worth over $5milion world bank project in one of the largest providers of secure digital identity and online payment solutions in Nigeria across some federal universities in some selected states in Nigeria, whilst monitoring an aggressive schedule and budgetary constraints.
