For the past 7 years, I have been working as a Customer Service Agent at Alorica Dominican Republic. My experiences have taught me a number of invaluable interpersonal and technical skills pertaining to the field, and I am excited to be able to learn and grow further. In my previous customer service roles, I have always gone above and beyond for customers. I have a natural ability to build relationships and solve problems, so I am confident that I can provide excellent service to customers.
Some of my responsibilities included but were not limited to:
● Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails
● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
● Apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to walk customers through troubleshooting
● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
