FRESHWORKS
As a product researcher, I have been handling end to end design approach : User Research, gather feature
requirement, Wireframe designing/prototyping and user testing.
UX RESEARCH
Analysed the usage pattern of the product with actual end users through telephonic/video calls. Based on the
research findings, created personas based on user segments and conceptualised wireframe designs and performed
Usability testing with them before launching the product.
EVENT ORGANIZATION
As a part of the design team, organised and facilitated events that evokes design thinking. Held interactive sessions
with aspirant designers to educate them with the upcoming technological patterns in design industry.
CHAT PRODUCT
Associated with one of the key products which deals with customer support with chat service. Few of the customers
include - ZOMATO, SWIGGY, TATASKY etc.,
DELOITTE CONSULTING
Juggled between multiple projects as a lead, and managed a team of junior designers ensuring high quality design
output. Was one of the panel members for recruitment drives held, assisting the team to bring in good talent.
Responsible for driving design ideas from conceptualisation phase until hand-off to the development team. Efficient

IOT & PITCH
Worked on an iWatch concept for healthcare & e commerce product, which involved brainstorming sessions along
with product owners, concept creation, wire-framing and prototyping
HEALTHFIRST - PROJECT
Healthfirst is an insurance provider based in the US. I had a chance to work in designing the Agent portal and
Broker portal. The greatest challenge was to convert the paper based system into a system based process ensuring
best possible usability.

OTHER INTERESTS / HOBBIES
Have tried almost most of the options like singing, dancing, painting, But my interests lie towards crafts, pot
painting and origami. Recently I have been developing interest in illustrations and doodling, which keeps me
occupied in most of my free hours.
