Greetings. I worked in the BPO Industry for almost 3 years, most of them were with Amazon. I have also done various home-based jobs which include Email Marketing, Data Entry, Internet Research, Product Research, Market Research, Appointment Setting and ESL Skype/Online Teacher, for a total of almost 3 years. As a Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant, I have developed strong multi-tasking skills. I have raised my writing and communication skills to a higher level.  

I am passionate about learning new things and am eager to share my knowledge with your company. I am persistent because I do not give up easily. I am intuitive because I am not afraid to learn new things and to search for ways to improve on a certain task. I am assertive because I am confident about myself and about the work I deliver. I am persuasive because I make sure that before I stop talking, I have already gained my client's trust.
