Parimal Chandra Sarcar

I am a B.Sc. from Calcutta University of 1961 batch. I started my career as a admin. assistant in Customs & Central Excise, a Govt. of India Establishment. I left it in 1963 and joined as Stenographer in Dunlop India Limited and worked there for almost 30 years till it closed down in 1998. I then joined Ambuja group of companies and worked there up to 2007 when I got a better chance in Usha Martin where I joined as Personal Secretary working under a Vice President Purchase for one year when I had to rush to see my daughter abroad. I came back and worked in a few more small companies with paltry salaries. Presently working in a private company for 2 hours in a week. This is more or less my office career. While I was in Dunlop I was compelled to think on one subject that is my poor health. I was suffering a lot due to my poor digestion and stomach ailments. No medicine could cure it fully. Later on it was detected that I had gastritis problem. I started doing some Yoga Exercise and continued doing the same on a regular basis early in the morning empty stomach empty bowel for about one and half hours without any fail and presently U am cured fully of the problem. I have a habit of writing as well . I have written an article on my Yoga Exercise 'Golden Health' which I propose to reveal to the public but am afraid about public response and their reaction. I was fond of games and I excelled in Table Tennis and bagged many prizes in cash and kind as well. I am now 78 years old and passing time by working part-time and surfing through internet items including 'How to earn money Online'.
