My name is Pascal Attama. I have completed my Bachelor's degree in Physics & Astronomy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

I am a progress-driven Technical Support Engineer, with 7+ years of system administration experience and building Enterprise network solutions. As a technophile who loves solving problems, I have developed a strong network and system administration background, DevOps concepts, troubleshooting skills, incident management, and documentation skills. I am currently working with an organization where I collaborate with the clients to clearly define customer expectations and deliverables, implement custom triggers and automation in Zendesk to streamline the support workflow, and ensure that the right teams are notified at the right time for prompt issue resolution. Dedicated to customer satisfaction with focused delivery of technical solutions, I have spent the last couple of years providing remote support to field engineers and cross-functional teams toward the deployment of enterprise network solutions for clients.

I possess strong business acumen, enabling me to understand organizations' strategic objectives and align technology solutions accordingly.
