I worked in the bpo industry for three years and three months, and have experience for a year and 9 months, which helped me enhance my communication skills talking to customers on a daily basis, as well as analyzing reports provided by client. I worked as a coach and quality assurance at the same time when I became a supervisor, and made sure that my agents meet their weekly and monthly metric goal.
