I have 2 years experience of being a customer and technical support and I am trained to do it over chat, email and even phones. I was also a client analyst wherein I needed to make sure that clients protocol are cascaded properly to the team. I used to audit calls and email and do a calibration as well.
Aside of those experience, I have a strong knowledge with Google Sheets, Office 365 and different CRM such as Salesforce, GHL, Active campaign etc. I was able to use those CRM to think of ways on how to have an efficient and effective communication with client. In addition with that, I have a few experience as well with email marketing.
