I have customer support training because when I studied I worked in an inbound call center. PROFILE: I consider my profile to be an empathic and discreet person; I cultivate resilience and assertiveness. I am dynamic, proactive, have a good adaptation to change, good oral and written communication. I believe that the success of a company has to be a good team player among all the players.COMPETENCE: Labor Legislation, knowledge of different management software in the Human Resources (HR) module, computer skills from the user's perspective, Recruitment and Selection, Occupational Medicine, understanding of the dynamics between different departments of the company with Human Resources. I am a curious and attentive person, I like to listen and help within my area of ​​knowledge. Preferably I choose to provide services in my area of ​​training.
