I’m meticulous, goal oriented and committed. With my four years of experience, I guarantee that I can do an efficient job complying with all the workloads on time.

I started my corporate career as a financial expert for a project-based account H&R Block. We mainly handle tax preparations and refunds. We also assist clients with failed transactions, withdrawals and fraud issues.

I became a Retention Specialist afterwards for Guthy Renker a leading cosmetic company in US and UK. We assist clients when it comes to modifying orders, profile update and cancellations.

I’m a Customer Service expert as I used to work with major telecommunications company Verizon and AT&T.

I also gained sales experience working with Verizon as we offer clients bundle of service for Phone, Internet and Cable.

Working with AT&T on the other hand gave me broad knowledge about technical concerns. Since we help clients with their device’s service, applications, features and set up.

Last but not the least, I’m also a Data Mining Expert as I used to work with Amazon (FBA). We assist sellers when it comes to their returns, reimbursements, refunds, disputes, web design, product reviews and order uploads through MS Excel.

We sent them updates and replies through emails and chat, we also do outbound calling as needed.
