My experience as a customer service representative in a telecommunication company will help me do my job well and working on those accounts have had taught me being competent and think outside the box. I was also a customer support in a drop shipping company. We manage inquiries, handle complaints and answer emails to our customers. 

Dealing with customers in an E-commerce and BPO industry in general was rewarding. Customers contact us for their concerns and what I do for them is not just to provide the best and effective solution, but to give them the best customer experience by identifying the need behind their need and to make sure not to leave them unsatisfied.

I also had an experience in social media advertisements. I own a small local food business and we expand our market using Facebook and Instagram Ads. As we all know, most of the population globally uses social media, not just for communicating but for marketing businesses as well. Social media is where millions of people discover new products and services and it targets all the age groups of the population globally. 

The experiences I had will definitely help me with my work, however, I am always enthusiastic to learn and undertake new challenges. I am flexible and can adapt to whatever changes the company or the client has. I am a good communicator with inter personal skills and I am used to working in a team and also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
