2. iLeadGlobe General Management Development Program - co-managed this high-profile General
Management program for MBA graduates from top tier schools in the Philippines, Asia and the US.
Program focuses on hiring hi-potential managers to be groomed as part of Globe's executive team. Th
areas of focus include inter-department immersions, program management, strategic planning,
organizational design, people management and product pitching to name a few.
3. iLeadGlobe Lead To Inspire Program - an off-site learning and enhancement course given to Globe
executives. Tapped to co-design and run such program is the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) MBA
School. Program includes six (6) sessions on Executive Development focusing on "entrepreneurial
leadership".
4. Led the development of the iLeadGlobe 360! - a multi-rater feedback survey which aims to solicit
valuable insights on current leadership behaviors of Globe executives who attended the Lead To Inspire
Program. The i-Lead 360 aims to help the organization’s talent management and learning groups gauge
program ROI. It also intends to measure ‘entrepreneurial leadership’ capability of participants and how

wanted to enjoy good food at affordable price points. It led to the establishment of an HR group that

Management. Concurrent to my role as Human Resources Head, I was also tasked to lead the
Infrastructure Management and the Food, Service and Cleanliness (FSC) units of the brand. This
direction was decided on by management to ensure that the new business entity subsequently adhere
to set standards within and outside Jollibee Foods Corporation. In essence, my job was mainly to
