My current role is a hybrid of working directly to the CEO as his executive assistant, and being a project account manager of won US grant programs which focuses on empowering human rights, rule of law and disabilities.

My work in Go2 was divided into 2 tasks: first as an Executive Admin for specially defined as the only task in the company to make the staff happy. And the second, as a Project Manager assigned a client, to make the head of operations happy. Part of the task for the client include web page/software testing, financial analysis and reporting, and project management.

I have been a Business Analyst for a telecom giant (SMART) from 2014 to end of 2015. My role is to prepare and execute test scripts for web based and mobile remittance transactions as layered down by the Product Owner. To create, issue, keep track of documents such as test plans, test scripts, response code document, functional specifications document, among such. To engage in discussions with the scrum team, operations team, service delivery management, marketing on suggestions, updates, and business rules. And to provide training to end users of our product(s).

I was a Technical Assistant for American Express for more than 6 years and I am exposed to the following roles: Project Management, Technical Business Management, Product Ownership, Procurement, Compliance, and Reports. I am to ensure that SLAs of tasks and reports that we’ve set are met. Communicate to parties (vendor and Amex employees) for any updates or changes in connection to their requests or reports.

I had been a Reports Analyst for Affiliated Computer Services Inc for more than a year reporting directly to the Training and Development Vice President and to the IT Director.

And lastly, a Senior Assistant engaged in processing Accounts Receivables for a US healthcare client of Accenture for more than 3 years.
