I’m a graduate of BS Psychology and have a vast experience in Customer Support – both for Voice and Non-voice accounts. Being a graduate of Psychology, I am able to adapt in every situation and perform well to the tasks that I am assigned to.
My previous job includes handling customer’s email regarding billing, plan change, account cancellations, technical support, and general inquiries. I make sure that my email to them is easy to understand and has a personal touch.
As customer support for a major telecommunications carrier and satellite television services providers, I have demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions).
