I have been in the BPO Industry as Customer service and Senior Specialist. While working in the Call Center, I also worked as a Virtual assistant part time. I had experience with email and chat support, answering customer queries and making phone calls when needed. I also did lead generation tasks, I researched potential clients, assessed them and made connections with them.

I am a person who's goal oriented and I always challenge myself in learning new skills that will help me do better work. I can work independently and when I find a certain challenge on the task, I do research and study the item I am having an issue with.
