Dec 2010 - Jan 2012 I Joined Teletech as a Shift Manager for US Telco account
Jan 2012 - June 2018 I Joined TPG Philippines handling Australian Telco, I started as a shift Manager and eventually Promoted as an Operations Manager after 2 years.
June 2018 - January 2020 I joined Vocal Channels as Operations Manager for an ISP account handling Customer Service and Technical Support campaigns.
Feb 2020 - March 2021 I joined Legato Philippines as a Manager for Operations, Handling Customer Service accounts for a US Healthcare campaign.
March 2021 - Present Due to Covid19 Scare I decided to resign and look for a remote work, I landed a job in VTMEMBER a Digital Marketing company as an Executive Virtual Assistant to the CEO before i was promoted as a Client Success Manager, Currently I'm managing all 91 campaigns for the Organization, my role is end to end support, Agent side i am responsible to do Sourcing, Recruitment, Training and Onboarding and on the client side my responsibility starts from Meet and Greet, Launch Campaign, Onboarding Campaign, Managing and Retention.
