Senior Sales Manager - Eastern Europe
Since June 2016, I welcomed in my team 3 new colleagues, covering Czech Republic, Lithuania
and Latvia. This meant a step ahead in terms of covered territory and team size as well.
Currently, I am responsible for 10 members in my team and 11 countries. Apart of above
mentioned, another important challenge arose, which is focus on CLOUD business. It is greatly
unexplored area of completely new way of selling, which is a great source of new knowledge
and experience.

Regional Sales Manager – South Central Europe
Covering core tech business in SCE region (Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Montenegro,
Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia). Responsible for achieving ambitious company revenue targets
by effective leading my direct reports. Managing human resources, including process of hiring,
onboarding, training, appraising, personal development. Team performance maintained high by
motivating, mentoring and coaching all my team members. Assuring successful business
closing by benefiting from cross LOB cooperation and effective source allocation. Managing
team P&L performance. Maintaining relationship with key stakeholders. Responsible for

Regional Business Development Group Manager
Responsible for managing and leading Oracle's Business Development Group covering
CE&SEE&TR. The Team's focus is to identify Customer demand through programmatic Sales
Campaigns, Initiatives and Marketing activity follow up that contributes to the company's Sales
growth. Major focus is on identification of product fit within client Accounts through a
consultative Sales approach.
In addition to my role, I extended my experience by driving below mentioned regional projects:
Project Cairo - task was to settle down team of Partner Intelligence Representatives located in
Cairo. Help them to define and set up the governance model and train them to the level, they
could start with execution of their duties. The proposed training plan was focused on product
trainings, as well on trainings targeting development of team soft skills, with main stress on
sale techniques. It was a great opportunity to gain experience regarding remote collaboration
with a team, which extended my understanding of cluster's specifications to MEA region.
Project Tier 1 Install Base was designed to assure coverage of high potential customers.
Different sale methodology, similar to key account management, was applied in order to gain
incremental revenue. CEE, SEE& TR clusters were involved.
Market Coverage Team Project. The task was to create internal team of MC Representatives,
who will be able to provide similar service as external call centers, but with significantly
improved quality.
ECEMEA FIIT Project – currently driving. My virtual team’s mission, is to match Fusion
accounts with accounts in Territory Management Tool, as availability of Fusion ID’s in TMT
is extremely important for planning our business, for planning marketing activities and future
of Tech GB team. With the team of 9 volunteers from whole ECEMEA, several thousands of
accounts have to be matched.

BDC Team Leader for CE cluster
Managing team, of six Business Development Consultants covering Central Europe cluster
(Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Ukraine). The key responsibility was to
successfully achieve the team pipeline creation target, by developing business, driving up sell
and cross sell activities as well as running many different supportive projects.
