Hi my name is Phoebecate L. Ranera 28 years of age residing in general santos city Mindanao Philippines, I studied bachelor of science in business administration major in business management.

Allow me to share my work experience I worked at expert global solutions as a customer service representative, my primary responsibilities are, taking incoming calls, and customer service inquiries, creating sales leads, responding to client complaints, offering suitable answers and alternatives with the allotted time frames and following up to assure resolution.

The third job I had was at ag urgent care as a medical intake specialist in this position I handled client billing, answer phone calls emails, create patients accounts, set up appointments for consultations, test and procedures, called offices and patients to obtain missing documents for the slip study test.

And my previous job was a social media manager where I was required to create and implement social media campaigns, post materials to various social media accounts and interact with clients on various platforms.

I am talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and experience in customer service, social media and leading projects. Furthermore, I am adept at handling multiple tasks on a daily basis competently and at working well under pressure. As a working student in college, I had many challenges and had to hold down many jobs in order to complete my coursework, but those challenges haven’t stopped me from succeeding.
