I have 7 years of experience working in Sales, Customer Service field & Virtual Assistant field. During this time I have learned how to identify and solve problems in an efficient and professional manner.
I've experience working as a Senior customer care executive for Capita (Telefonica O2) and as a Technical Consultant for Sutherland Global Services (Norton). I've been well trained by both the companies regarding customer service and Technical Support. (Both Voice & Non-Voice).
I am Microsoft Certified and my computer skills include but are not limited to working with a variety of software programs such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho etc and my typing speed is 50 wpm.
My excellent reading, writing, and verbal skills make communication with management, co-workers, and customers easy and pleasant.
I have the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines while still providing excellent customer service. I have a separate working environment along with a good system.
