I have been working as a VA since 2015. Details of my activities as a Virtual Assistant are listed below:
1. At present I’m serving “The Coldest Water” a Florida based company as a “Head of Customer Service and Supply Chain”. Here, I’m looking after full procurement-logistics functions, and managing a team of 5 Customer Service Assistants.
Here I’m looking after all the procurement activities And providing Customer Service means:
• Review stock status of 450+ variants (We use Inventory Planner for tracking our stocks)
• Drafting orders for reorderable items in Orderhive.
• Getting owner’s approval on drafted orders, where required.
• Placing Orders with the current vendor: Through website or email
• Follow-up timely shipment
• Inform the WH team well in advance about the upcoming consignment.
• Developing new cost-effective source of supplies
• Finding vendors and arranging samples for new products
• Liaison with Shipping Agent.
• Handle vendor’s Accounts and alarm the owner for timely payment.
• Provide Customer Support with the help of 5 Customer Service VAs.
2. I’d served HiPi Industries Inc – An Ontario, Canada based e-Commerce firm for more than 2 years. There I was responsible for managing the Procurement activities of 1500+ SKUs as a Procurement Manager.
3. I’d served Camara And Company - A Maryland, USA based company for more than 3 years. There I was looking after the Customer Service and Administrative activities of the company as an Executive Assistant.
I am an M. Com major in Accounting. I have worked in the practical business field for more than 20 years. During this period, I served Multinational (Unilever) And International Companies (Singapore and Dhaka based).
I’m capable to handle the following activities to your full satisfaction::
· eCommerce activities, Inventory Planning, Managing online stores like Amazon, Alibaba, Aliexpress, eBay, etc.
· Price Negotiation, Procurement, Logistics activities and Supply Chain activities.
· Handling Emails, Internet searching, Appointment fixing,
· Managing and maintaining daily Calendar, Prioritizing appointments and meeting requests,
