I started my career with Omega Health Care as an AR Executive.

Below are my professional experience,

OMEGA HEALTH CARE: I have 2 years and 6 months experience in Omega Health Care Management services as an A.R Caller and Quality Control Analyst in Medical Billing Trichy.

Initiated Medical billing career as an AR Executive on 25/06/2014 in a well reputed Medical Billing Company, Omega Heatlhcare. Based on my effective performance as an AR Executive I was promoted as a Quality Control Analyst.

In Omega I was placed as an AR caller in a newly added client “Vohra Wound Care” which is basically a SNF project. I was among the Pilot batch team who successfully enhanced the growth of the project by meeting the client needs on TAT. I was also exposed to multiple facets of Medical Billing such as Registration, Authorization and Front end claim rejections.

As a newly promoted QA I established a process document which received an appreciation from the client for the efforts taken to reduce the work load. Good audit and process management were my best skills which helped me receive many accolades from client.

Volunteered in referring many candidates to enhance the company's growth.

ACCESS HEALTH CARE: I have 1 year experience in Access Healthcare service as a Senior Client Partner in Medical Billing,Chennai. ( From 17/05/2017 to April 2018)

In Access healthcare I was placed as an Senior Client Partner in a newly added client “Abeo” which is basically a ANESTHESIA project. I was among the Pilot batch team who successfully enhanced the growth of the project by meeting the client needs on TAT. I was also exposed to multiple facets of Medical Billing such as Registration,Insurance Verification (IV), Credit Balance (Refunds) and Front end claim rejections/AR Follow up.
