I have been in the BPO Customer Service for over 8 years. I started as an Entry Level Agent climbing up the ladder to becoming a Team Leader, and eventually, I was promoted to Project Manager. In a separate job experience, I've also worked as an Assistant Manager and managed a team in the Business Development Department of the company.
In the last year, I have transitioned to working as a Virtual Assistant for a Canada-based Company, and I've also been doing some Freelance Voice Over work. For the latter, I record voice audios for Explainer Videos, Narration, Commercials, etc.
Over the years, through these experiences, I have developed and enhanced various skills by managing projects and teams, handling customer escalations, as well as by working closely with Company Founders and Executives, Clients, Team Members and Co-workers.
