BSS is part of the Turnkey Converged Billing solution, It is integrated with other TCB components, such as URCS, CPS, etc.BSS is responsible for creation and modification of items that “support” the creation/management of BAN and subscriptions. BSS also manage customer accounts from the “back-end”.For instance, invoice generation will occur in BSS, making it available for view at CRM
Responsibilities:
Capture team member capacity for the upcoming Sprint.
Prepare tools and resources for Sprint Planning.
Confirm workshops, sessions and ceremonies for the upcoming Sprint are scheduled
Facilitate the Sprint Planning session.
Update backlog in jira with tasks and commitments.
Complete and share the team’s Sprint Commitment report.
