During that time, she developed proper phone etiquette, customer care, and ability to politely deal with aggrieved customers.  She managed a group of people who handled sales verification, quality assurance, and administrative report. Apart from her ability to effectively lead a team, she made sound decisions and worked with managers and staff at all levels of responsibility. 

Right now, Quencee is seeking a career change to a position involving virtual assistant tasks. She is aware that virtual assistance is a competitive field, but this is the kind of work that would fit her as a mom. She can manage her time as a parent and as a virtual worker. Being an assistant working remotely is not new to her because she already helped a client for a short period of time. She handled all personal stuff of a client including calendar management and scheduling, appointment setting in a restaurant, salon, clinic, gym, and spa, online research and took an online course for a client. She also managed client's personal accounts,  purchased products and ordered food online. She was able to assist an occupied individual through proper communication and coordination.
